After you have purchased your package, I will send you the intake form via email for you to fill out before our initial phone consultation. Every family is different. I take the time to understand your needs, concerns and sleep goals. This isn't a one-size fits-all service, it's custom care designed for you! 

After our consultation, I will create a custom sleep plan within 48 hours that will suit your child's unique sleep needs and your sleep goals. We will go over the plan together so we can address any and all questions you have. This is an important step as I need you to fully understand the sleep plan and your commitment to be consistent with it so we can achieve your sleep goals.

Now it's time to implement the sleep plan. Changing habits and shifting sleep patterns takes time. We should focus on progress over perfection and I will be here to offer guidance and support every step of the way. Depending on the package you have chosen, you will have 7 or 14 days of email support from me including follow up phone calls.

Packages

What sleep training methods do you use?

My practice includes methods that are supportive for both you and your child. I do not use just one method as there simply is no one-size-fits all when it comes to sleep training. I work with you and your family and look at what you need. My sleep plans are tailored to your child's unique sleep needs.

Do you use CIO (cry-it-out)?

​

NO! I absolutely do not teach cry-it-out or any glorified Ferber method that leaves your child to cry for longer periods of time. That said, this doesn't mean that there will be no crying... 

Even with a gentle, no cry sleep method there could still be some crying out of protest. I do however am all for supporting and comforting your child when sleep training.

How do your sleep packages work?

​

Your sleep training journey will take place over 1-3 weeks. We will start with a consultation to go through your child's sleep in depth. Following this, I will create a custom sleep plan that needs to be implemented consistently during that time, with sleep log reviews, email and text support. What are your fees?

I offer different sleep packages to suit various needs. There is something to fit every budget.
